MYBUBELLY offers a delivery area worldwide.
- Delivery methods and deadlines
MYBUBELLY offers three (3) delivery modes to the address of your choice:
- Free standard delivery with Colissimo by La Poste.
The average delivery time is two (2) to five (5) business days for metropolitan France and five (5) days to nine (9) working days after shipping your Box for a Colissimo International. The deadline may extend up to fifteen (15) working days for DOM-TOM and non-EU countries due to customs fees.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday morning, except holidays between 08:00 am and 07:00 pm.
The Box is supported by La Poste and delivered to the delivery address entered.
If you are absent during delivery and the dimensions of your Box allow, the postman will leave your Box in your mailbox. Otherwise, you will find a delivery notification inviting you to remove your Box at your post office for fifteen (15) days.
- Delivery in Point Relais® with Mondial Relay.
This delivery method offers you to be delivered in one of the 40.000 Point Relais®of the Mondial Relay network located in metropolitan France, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg.
By choosing the relay delivery method, you declare that you have read and fully accept the Mondial Relay’s general terms and conditions of sale.
The average relay delivery time is five (5) business days after shipping your Box.
You are informed by SMS and by email of the arrival of your Box in Point Relais®. You have a period of ten (10) business days from the date of the e-mail’s sending to pick up your Box, on presentation of an identity document in force.
Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the opening hours of the chosen Point Relais® especially during school holidays and/or public holidays. In case of problems, closing of your Point Relais® and/or willingness to change your Point Relais® (BEFORE SHIPPING THE BOX), you can contact Mondial Relay directly.
At the end of the period of ten (10) business days, the Box will be considered abandoned and can no longer be the subject of any claim and/or refund from MYBUBELLY.
- Express delivery with Chronopost.
Your Box is delivered by post to your address within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours after shipping your Box, excluding weekends and holidays.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 07:00 pm.
MYBUBELLY reminds you that due to the lack of reception and/or picking up of the Box within the delivery and/or pick up deadlines provided for each delivery method, the Box will be considered abandoned and can no longer be the subject of any claim and/or refund from MYBUBELLY.
- Shipping costs
Shipping costs are included for the Boxes deliveries in France including DOM-TOM, the European Union, Monaco, Switzerland and the United Kingdom by Colissimo and Mondial Relay.
The shipping costs resulting from a delivery with Chronopost are at your own charges and amount to [xx] euros.
For other countries, the shipping costs are your own charges. The costs are divided by zone and depend on the delivery method chosen for the weight of the Box and the place of delivery. You can access an estimate of shipping costs in your order summary.
In addition, for deliveries outside the European Union, any customs fees are your own charges.
- Follow the delivery of my Box
A few days after subscribing to MYBUBELLY’s Services and, if necessary, each renewal of the subscription, you will receive an email from MYBUBELLY containing information relating to the tracking of your Box and in particular the tracking number.
Upon communication of the tracking number of your Box by MYBUBELLY you will able to follow the delivery status of your Box by going to the shipper’s website (La Poste, Mondial Relay, Chronopost) and filling in the tracking number in the space provided for this purpose.
In case of problems with the shipper, you will find all the useful information (phone number, email address, customer service) directly on the shipper’s website.
MYBUBELLY reminds you that no return is possible except in case of non-compliance of the Box and/or Products and provided they are in good condition, complete (along with their accessories, instructions…) in their original box and adequately protected.
However, MYBUBELLY will bear the costs associated with the return of the Box and/or Products in case of non-compliance
To make a return:
1 – Go to our website www.mybubelly.com;
2 – Login to your Account and click on the “Box” tab;
3 – Click on “Download a return voucher“;
4 – Print your prepaid return voucher;
5 – In order for your return to be accepted, it is imperative to download a photo of the defective Box and/or defective Products in the dedicated area. In addition, be sure to return your Box and/or your Products, along with any accessories (belts, pouches, shoulder straps …) and this return voucher.
6 – In the event that you have not yet activated the Services following the reception of your Box (for memory by clicking on the button “I received my Box” or “I received my new Box”, you can request a return voucher by sending a request in writing to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org, while not forgetting to attach a photo of the defective Box and/or defective Products. MYBUBELLY will send you your prepaid return voucher by email.
7 – Paste the return voucher provided to make your return for free. Be sure to keep your proof of deposit.
If you use the prepaid return voucher for a return that does not result from a non-compliance of the Box and/or Products and/or does not result from a fault of MYBUBELLY, MYBUBELLY reminds you that MYBUBELLY reserves the right to deduct the expenses of return of the refund. The amount of the return costs depends on the delivery method chosen and the place of delivery.
In order to confirm your return, MYBUBELLY will send you an email informing you that the Box returned has been received.
Following a return and if the non-conformity is proven and MYBUBELLY agrees to take back the Box, the same Box will be shipped by MYBUBELLY subject to availability. Otherwise, you can request the cancellation of your current subscription and its refund.
